Parte Tenebrosa North-East is available for residential use, within a Moderate region.  It offers 4,531 prims at L$3,150 per week, on 14,848 sqm.  Terraforming is permitted within a small range.  We have a Northern European/Canadian theme and ambience.  Light roleplay in various genres is available on occasion, e.g. outer space, murder mystery, spies, vampires.  We also have movie nights and evenings in the pub, and we hope you'll join in.  We aren't a bit sleazy so you won't find anything with a Zindra flavour.

Please take a notecard from the rental box (helpfully indicated by a green arrow near the landing point) and READ THE COVENANT enclosed before considering purchase.

To start your tenancy, buy the parcel, pay the meter at least 1 week's rent, and send me an IM to say you are renting.

You will receive an invitation to join the Parte Tenebrosa group, which is used for communication purposes.  You do not need to set your parcel to that group.
