Why does SL keep randomly teleporting me to somewhere else?

I came on SL today, to find myself in a place I've never previously been before,
and whilst I was exploring somewhere else, I kept being teleported back to this random place.
Sometimes, my chosen teleportation doesn't even finish loading, before it take me back to the odd island.
A couple of times, it did teleport me somewhere a little different.
But all the places were info hubs.

If you try to login or teleport to somewhere unavailable you often get redirected to the nearest infohub, but you do usually get a message saying that it had redirected you.

Also if you are new, you may not have set you home location to anywhere yet and its possible that the place you end up quite often has been set as your temporary home location until you change it. You can check that by clicking Ctrl Shift H and seeing where that takes you.

Another time that you would be sent home is if you are exploring on someone`s land and they have a security orb there. They usually send you a message to leave the area within 15 seconds for example, but some just send you straight home.
