I have a Premium membership Linden home, but don't know how to stream Spotify to it. Please be extra clear, as I am not a puter person...101 for dummies...thanks

You probably can’t unless you go through media routing, and I’m honestly not sure if that’s possibly through linden homes on the linden homes regions. 

To do so, you’d need to deed the land to a group you own, and then deed a media prim to the group as well. Once there, you could route Spotify to the media prim. It wouldn’t be played over your music stream, but should work through media.
