Lost things in my inventory

I have lost lots of my things in my inventory. How can i fix it? I have Firestorm Wiever. After this, i logged in the SL Wiever and discovered i have all things there. I logged out the SL Wiever and logged in the Firestorm Wiever and my things is still missing there.

I have fixed this problem. I un installed my firestorm and installed the new version and the problem is fixed.

If that happens again, you don't have to completely re-install the viewer.  Usually, just clearing the inventory cache is enough.  See this link for more information: https://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_missing_inventory
