maturity levels

how do I change maturity levels in Market place ? its only on general and the rest are greyed out

There are a total of three places where you set your Maturity levels:

1. In Me/Preferences/General in the viewer
2. In the viewer's Search function (CTRL+F)
3. And in the Marketplace

If you are 18 or older in Real Life, and any of these aren't available to you (some options are grayed out), then you need to file a Support Case with Linden Lab.
