Late summer promotion.  Quiet residential living where the grass is green and there isn't a tiki hut in sight.  Normal rent will be L$3,475 per week but you can pay just L$2,475 each week for the first 4 weeks.  You can terraform, you can be invisible to your neighbours, you can hide in a corner and no-one will bother you  

I don't run a business, I just let out space to allow me to live on a nice, quiet island, so I'm not available 24/7 and I haven't got staff.  I do want you to be happy, though, so I'll try to help you if I can.  IM me inworld if you have any questions.
