script or item for open collar or like attachment

I am looking for an item that an avatar can wear for bdsm that the owner can set words (like the bad words feature in open collar) and when the avatar says those words in any chat channel, their owner will be IM'ed whether online or offline. Is there a product like that I can buy or is there a scriptor around that can do it for me? I prefer an open collar addon if possible. I am willing to pay. Thank you.

If you don't want the item to have the functionality of a complete collar, at least your scripter can work with the OC scripts to adjust them to your needs.

Like Ishtara said, why re-invent the wheel ?

But if you only want this single feature nothing else it can be done with RLV-scripting, then u have a smaller script/memory usage per avatar.

You can't have it listen on EVERY channel. A script can only listen to 20 channels at a time.
