You could try again at a different time of day and see if you get a different response. Submitting another ticket won`t help if the first one is still open, so the only other options i can suggest is to call the main LL number (415) 243-9000 if that is too expensive from your location, some people use Skype to call it, thereby making it a free or much cheaper.
