invntory is missing

my sim that i was renting on was sold and the items on that land are now missing. How do i go about retreaving my items?

If its sold your items were probably returned to you. Check your lost and found folder for coalesced objects - They have an icon like a stack of boxes & can be called anything, even Object, depending on which item was selected last.

You need to find somewhere that you can rezz them, up in the sky on a sandbox away from other stuff is good. Then take back the items one by one to your inventory.
