Hello this is about linden being transferred back in US dollars!!

Question

Hello a little more then a month ago I sold lindens on 3 separate occasions in a total amount of US $ 504.18 I found out by chatting with an live agent the it was sent back to my account rather then my paypal they said I had to submit a case ticket which I did and then a few days later I received a letter through my email saying I would be credited today 4/26/11  and yet I have recived nothing yet I reopen the case and told them I didn't receive anything as well

When you sell $L on Lindex, the proceeds are always credited to your SL account as $US, which you then cash out to your Paypal account using the "Process Credit" page. I am not sure what happened in your case, but it sounds like LL acknowledged an error that they claimed they would fix, so I would suggest that you make a free call to the billing section to chase them up.
