architect Seeking Architect - Photorealistic / Mesh

I'm looking for an architect to design some specific architecture based on floorplans and photos (360 images) and to design similar, but modern architecture buildings for an entire region. Please contact me in game via IM or notecard, or here via IM for more details. Please give an approximate estimate considering it's a region. Must provide full perms so that after region is set up, I can edit as necessary. Will need roads, street lamps, power lines, phone booths etc. British in design. Prefer photorealistic, mesh. Perhaps with alpha, but not necessary.
