I'm looking to have some custom animations made (around eight or ten) with a HUD which allows touch button access to animate my avatar. Nothing too complex, three of the animations already exist in the world and are just fine as is, but I'd like an all in one. The remainder are essentially hand gestures. PM/IM with a quotation of your price in L$. I will want to have full rights to mod, transfer, sell etc. but will without a question leave any and all credit to the author. I'm looking for an architect to design some specific architecture based on floorplans and photos (360 images) and to design similar, but modern architecture buildings for an entire region. Must provide full perms so that after region is set up, I can edit as necessary. Will need roads, street lamps, power lines, phone booths etc. British in design. Prefer photorealistic, mesh. Perhaps with alpha, but not necessary.
