My display name is being reset for no reason

I had my name set in normal letters and it reset it, this is the second time its done this and the first time i had used different characters (but ive always used special character it was the first time it had reset out of the blue), i tried using normal text and it reset again and i have no idea why, is there anyway i can fix this please its happened twice in a row and its very frustrating to not know what im doing wrong.

Your last display name change before it reverted did use a fancy font for the ?
The previous display name change uses a font that's known to trigger the reverting problem.
Avoid both those fonts or this will keep happening,

Or avoid these fancy fonts altogether, and only use readable fonts. Some people, and I admit being one of them, will address you with your login name if they have to make too much of an effort to decipher your name.
