Was playing around with some writing and came up with this.  Feel free to jump in and continue the story.

Have fun and Happy Holidays everyone :D

====================================================================================

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the sim, nothing was rezzing, not even one prim.

The prim counts were low but the sim wouldn't budge, one hopes that a Linden, soon would give it a nudge.

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the sim,
nothing was rezzing, not even one prim.

The prim counts were low but the sim wouldn't budge,
one hopes that a Linden, would give it a nudge.

A ticket was entered, requesting repair,
In the hope that a Linden would soon be right there.

I waited and waited but nobody came
To help this poor maiden of no great acclaim.

The night it grew darker, the cold settled in.
The wolves howled relentless in the next sim.

But still I had hope that soon I would find
A Linden to help me and settle my mind.

Then all of a sudden bright light filled the air,
With a crack of great thunder, too much to bear.

And there stood before me a vision I saw,
All glowing and shiny. I stood in awe.

'Twas a Linden, who told me with great aplomb,
"Fear not fair maiden, for I'm SuperTom."

"Your cries have been heard all through the lab,
And I've come to help you, 'cos I'm really fab."

He turned on a smile, my heart it did melt.
My knees turned to jelly, before him I knelt.

His hand took my own, "Stand up, girl" he said.
"Don't kneel before me, for I'm not a god".

With a wave of his hand, the sim sprang to life,
Christmas was saved!
(Hmm. Does he have a wife?)

TY, Lady. I didn't want to get in the way of your thread, but I couldn't resist. However, since you're the maiden of the poem, you could make discreet enquiries as to SuperTom's SL marital status ;)

:D

You really did an amazing job Phil!  No worries on the thread. :D

I wouldn't dream of asking SuperTom, just out of politeness.  After all, superheroes need to have their secret identities, never to be revealed. ;)

Cheers :D
