I tried tp'ing to Caribbean Bay to fish and got this notice, had visited the sim two days back without any problem.

Looks like they added a key experience.

Unless you join that experience you don't have access to the region. You should be able to accept the "Experience Violet" by clicking that underlined link, and then, hopefully get in.

No harm can come from that, and you can drop it when you leave the region.
