Audio on group set, but not group owned, land

I own an estate sim. It is set to a group I own, but the land is not owned by the group(and never will be).

I have a few parcels on which I am renting out homes. The parcels are not purchased by my renters, they are merely on the land.

I would like to enable them to change their audio settings somehow. I have heard various confusing answers about why or why not this can be done.

I am hoping I can do something like... deed a player to my group that can be controlled by anyone and/or just members of that group?

If that's possible can someone point me to a player that has those kinds of control options?

Why not "sell" the parcels to your renters (even if only for L$1)? Problem solved.

Because then it restricts the number of prims on that parcel, and I don't want to do that.

Look On the MarketPlace for "Parcel Radio Controllers". You can set access to group or everyone etc.

Whats the point of deeding the radios to the Group if the land is not Group owned. I have no idea why your land is not Group owned since that is exactly the way that this should be done.

The group owns the land, the tenants join the group, the radios are deeded, everyone is happy.

Thanks for the patronising name calling, but your the one trying to do something the hard way instead of the straightforward way that works for 1000s of other sim owners. I can`t think of a single downside to deeding your sim to your group, but whatever, hope you find a workable solution.
