Problems connection and TP

My problem started a week ago. 90% of my TPs crash. I cant do TP's and my purchases are not meant more for the Recent Items. They disappear and only appear when I relog, lost inside the inventory.

So, when I try connect again, I cant. I try many times and I connect only by my old home.

I never lived this problems since 6 years. I use Firestorm.
