i  bought   Gothicatz One  for  someone  as  a gift  he did  not  receive it  u charged  me  for it  though

Get a copy of your transaction either from your Transaction History on your dashboard if you purchased inworld or from you Order History on the Marketplace if you bought it there & send it to the seller (who`s name will be shown with the transaction) asking for a replacement.

Make sure you give the name of the person that it was gifted to so that they do not send it to you instead.
