Please can someone help me!!??!!  I am stuck in a store and need to get out.  I have been on SL for two days and really want to get into this.  I'm looking forward to  your reply x

This may seem like a silly question, but... Have you tried to teleport out?

Log out.  When you log back in, log in at a new location or at your Home location.  You can choose either one with the pull-down menu on your login screen before you hit the Login button.

You can also just try teleporting to your Home location, wherever that is.  A quick way is to type CTRL + Shift + H.
