Maybe because there's not much else to see in the release notes, it catches the eye that Magnum's build number has greatly increased. I guess these only need to be unique (cardinal), but historically they've been more or less ordinal, too (last week's nonmonotonicity one exception). So I wonder if there's any deeper meaning to the great discontinuity this week.

Yeah, the jump is due to a code ticket system upgrade. We are going to have a mix of build numbers in the 300ks and 500k for a little bit. Eventually we want to be in the 500k altogether

Regions in Caledon are Second Life servers, but some haven't rebooted since scheduled reboot almost 2 days ago.
