Designers not including "classic" versions of clothes?

Recently I have tried to buy several pieces of clothing but the contents contain only Maitreya and Slink versions--and they don't fit my "classic" body! Are designers abandoning the "classic" versions?

Sadly, some are.  Though many will add the standard Fitmesh sizes, which will sometimes work - as long as the designer puts in an alpha layer.

However, up until a couple of weeks ago I was still using my classic avatar and I was able to find plenty of places selling clothes for me.  Granted, I often wandered into places from a blog post or via a hunt that didn't do classic avatar mesh anymore, but it was not the majority.
