How is a muted resident still able to send note cards to my account/inventory?

I have muted a resident and his alts but he is still sending note cards. I have not accepted anything from this user but the note cards show up in my inventory. Does he have access to my account? I also filed a report with LL

Muting someone won`t stop them trying to contact you, it just means that you don`t know about it. Anything they send you should get auto-declined (sending them a message saying it was declined)  and go straight to your trash.

Test it with a friend and if it is not working properly report it as a bug. If you are not using an LL viewer, obviously report the bug to the relevant viewer not to LL.
