Each room is 25L$ per week with a 100 prim allowance for you to furnish how you want. Each room comes with an air conditioner that turns off and on from time to time. Pensacola Beach Motel is located roadside on the Ranunculus sim which means you can drive your car up to the motel and park in one of the many spots that are available.
