What do i do if i can't see all of my inventory?

I am only showing 2891 in my inventory, yesterday i had 9000, what can i do to get them back? The folders are all there but the items in the folders are gone,, plz help Truthbell Carlucci,,, Thanks

Hi Truthbell

Go you me->Preferences->Setup (or Advanced) and press Reset next to a field that says Cache location.

Teleport to a sim called Smith, log out. Then log in again to last location, press Recent in your inventory sidebar, stay in Smith until your inventory is fully loaded.

Try clearing your cache.  In my viewer this is located in preferences/network tab...you just push the clear cache button.  Then log out.  I usually reboot as well, then come back.
