when i try to log in gives me a error saying that i cant log in with this computer..please help

i feel so lost..have no idea what to do here...it takes long time after i sumit a ticket about a problem...

when i try to log on a window pops up saying that i cant log on to secondlife on this computer..why? some one please help me here.

Its a form of Ban, occasionally it does get blocked by mistake & last week there was a big ole bug that locked out a whole load of people at the same time with that message, but I think that got fixed.

If you are Premium, try contacting LIveChat and hoping that you get one that knows what they are doing and doesn`t just tell you to clear your cache, otherwise you can submit a ticket on: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ or send an email to support@secondlife.com which some people have had success with.
