Due to IMs being capped, many of them can easily lose your instant message and you will not get a response. Also refer the the merchants profile how they wish support issues to be submitted to them Following these basic simple steps can speed up your interaction with the merchant If the market place failed to deliver then you should submit a suuport ticket Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
