In addition to the Griffins' answer, remember that you can fill a Support ticket about issues with Marketplace deliveries.

I would suggest using notecards always when contacting a merchant. Due to IMs being capped, many of them can easily lose your instant message and you will not get a response.

Also refer the the merchants profile how they wish support issues to be submitted to them
