If you log chat, then maybe, sort of.  Open your chat log (see your Preferences to find out where your logs are stored on your hard drive).  Local chat will be in a .txt file called "chat.txt."  Since certain things happen when you log in...you get a bunch of waiting notices, your HUDs initialize and send you a chat message, etc....and because there's a gap of several hours in the time stamps...you can generally figure out about when you logged in by scanning this file.  It'll be very tedious, though.

NOTE:  If you are trying to figure out whether someone else has gotten access to your account and has been logging in as "you", this method won't help.  Any chat that occurs when your avatar is logged in on a different computer will NOT be recorded in the log files on YOUR computer.

Another possibility is to look in one of your Groups.  Groups will record the last time you were on line, so you can get at least the latest login information this way.
