Problem: Inventory (un-rezzed) Issues.

Im missin around 6k of items, where there is a complete missing folder.... well 2 missing folders, but 1 has a complete beach set, furnitures, palms, fishes, house, etc etc... i sent a ticket case: 01082874, BUT i been sent here instead just cuz i downgraded for being away in rl. I hope i can get help here.

 

I did all what you guided me to to Innula, all steps and stuff... but still nothing, they still missing and im still missin d folders

 

I guess ima have to upgrade again and yes, they are worth it, specially my beach theme, imagen settin up ur sim with all ur needings for decor, that is in my beach theme folder >_<

Try clearing your cache manually, rather then simply pressing the "clear cache" button, by following the steps outlined at https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Clear_Cache (or you could simply create a new cache location in "Preferences", which has the identical effect).   Then relog somewhere quiet and give your inventory time to reload from the server, rather than your pc, which can take several minutes.

If you're using several different viewers, it's a really good idea to set a separate cache location for each one.   And certainly having any V2-based viewer trying to share a 1.n viewer cache is a recipe for disaster.    I switch between viewers all the time, testing scripted content I'm making, to see that it works right in all viewers, and I used to have half my inventory missing most of the time until I discovered the necessity of having separate caches.

If attempts to retrieve inventory fail by clearing cache as Innula suggested and the value of the 6K of m issing items is worth it to you, consider upgrading to Premium again for a month or two to get the support.

Just to warn you...there is no guarantee that even if you do upgrade, Linden Lab will be successful in recovering your missing items.
