Hopefully someone will answer in German or Dutch for you. I can only answer in English and you can use Google Translate.

Some Dutch people have problems age verifying because of surname prefixes like van, der, van de etc. Try leaving the prefix out so if you were van Buren for example, use Buren or  VanBuren to check if they work.

If you have Premium membership, use Live Chat https://support.secondlife.com/start-chat/ but there is no support on age verification for Basic membership.

If still unresolved and you have a credit card, you can account verify as an adult instead. This will work for all adult areas except a few sims where sim owners have set to age verified.

Buy some Lindens from the Linden Exchange link on your Dashboard and follow the process. After inserting your credit card details you will receive the Lindens and you will have Payment Info Used on your account and be account verified. Remember to change the maturity setting in Preferences > General tab. You may have to relog for the maturity ratings and linden balance to update.
