my snapshot isnt letting me return to the menu in snapshot menu its stuck in 1 upload section

snapshot stuck in  1 option doesnt let me return to main menu :( to choose different upload locations

Do you mean your viewer stopped working altogether, or just the snapshot window that is stuck? Nevertheless, try alt tabbing and see if the viewer you're using is currently waiting for you to pick a folder in where you would store your snapshots, what I think you described happens when it does that.
