Scripts Full Permissions (no copy/transfer, but copy/modify/transfer) - No this is NOT negotiable!

Expereienced with LSL and PHP

MySQL experience.

Proven references and capable of providing examples of work completed.

Responsible

Fluent English - this just makes it so much easier to explain requirements, and communicate since it's the only language that I speak and translators are not 100% accurate.

Can you give us an idea of the scale of work involved without giving away any confidential information?  Mainly I ask because a couple of days' work will get you SL rates, any more than that and I'd start charging RL.

Honestly it depends.  I know scriptors tend to have pieces and bits stashed around.  Overall though, I would actually expect it to take a few weeks.  Days would be awesome, but I highly doubt I'm that lucky lol.
