There are two possibilities:

1.  Failed delivery, or a problem with the merchandise vendor.

Send a notecard and/or an IM to the merchant explaining the problem and requesting a redelivery.  Also, check the store to see if they have a redelivery terminal.

2.  If you did not buy this at the Blacklace store, it's possible you fell for an "empty box" scam. See this blog post:
