I cannot log into my viewer but I can on the web! Anyone having this problem?

I haven't been able to access my viewer today. I keep getting a message "Can't Log In From This Computer". I have asked live chat and they said my account is fine no blocks or anything. I can sign in on the website just fine. Is anyone having this problem?

I am having the same problem... I cannot log in either from any of the viewers I have and are receiving the same message. Tried emailing them and they said they would not read my message bc the email was no longer used for support but to log into the website to find answers. Yet I am still getting no answers about why it is doing this, I guess glad to know I am not the only one having problems.
