My avatar is having trouble detaching items from itself , and will not rezz , fix?

I use the firestorm viewer , however I have tried other viewers , I attempted a rebake , looked for broken links , and nothing I do seems to be working. Items on my avie will not detach , and its made it so that I cannot bake , ive rebaked textures , and the avatar as a whole. I tried teleporting to a new area , disabled RLV , and so far , nothing is fixing the issue. Is there a way to force detach items on an avie? Or any other suggestions as to a possible fix?

You may also have a corrupted viewer file. I always keep a backup viewer to aid in troubleshooting situations like this. If you install and run the official SL viewer and do not have a problem, then the issue is with the Firestorm viewer. If so, you can perform a clean reinstall.
