recover old account

i had old account my sl name was "shuriken2011" i'd love to recover it and use it again..how can i do it please?

Open a support case, it's under the Help tab on this web page. I think there's even a special support case category for it.

There are some conditions though: you have to find a way to prove you actually own that account and there is also a fee for reactivating a deleted account.
