Go here... https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ Select "Account Issue" from the first drop down and "Lost Password" from the second. If that's the case, select "Reactivate and old account" from the second drop down, and provide the name of the old avatar. Again, be prepared to offer proof you're the owner of that old account.
