i cant log in in my old avatar constantly write We're sorry. It looks like the username or password that you entered were incorrect. Check that your caps lock key is not enabled. If you continue to have trouble, then please contact Second Life Supportand we'll be glad to help you.

Select "Account Issue" from the first drop down and "Lost Password" from the second. Be prepared to provide proof to Linden Lab that you own the account in question.

I should add that you may not be able to log into an old account if you deactivated it some time ago. If that's the case, select "Reactivate and old account" from the second drop down, and provide the name of the old avatar. Again, be prepared to offer proof you're the owner of that old account.
