purchased lindens yesterday 9am 8/23/16 as of today 24 hours later sill not recieved them. I refreshed log out hours after n bk in still no lindens

Hi Skye,

If you place a Best Rate (Limit) Buy where you set the price, it won't execute until someone offers to sell their L$ at the price you set. That might never happen, and your buy order will remain pending. If this is the kind of order you placed, you can cancel it on the LindeX page where you placed your order. The funds will be moved to your cash account and you can then make an Instant (Market) Buy. That will execute immediately.
