overheating macbook pro

My macbook overheats every time i try to use SL. Is it just impossible to use SL on a laptop?

It is possible to run SL on a laptop, but since the parts inside are pretty tight and usually the cooling via the fans is pretty tricky, you will need to clean a laptop much more often compared to a desktop PC! In some cases using of a cooling pad is helpful too.
