5 days now since i came back to sl. i have been gone 3 yrs. is it just me? the xl sim and store are alive n going, the movies in store are newer.... but kiosk only half works and dvd players ... ones i've tried... wont sync up. anyone else having this issue? and side note i can not reach owner, co owner, or äny workers so i am very lost.

There's no way for anyone here to know the answer to this unless they were involved in the creation of this exact product.

If you can't get a reply from the creator (probable after 3 years), and can't update your product remotely, then you're out of luck and will have to look at other products.
