What now?

Trying to download latest viewer since a week, keep getting this message:

 

Error opening file for writing

C/program files ............

click abort to stop installation

retry to try again

cancel to skip this file

 

Retried but didnt work.

.Make sure you have no stuck processes left running from old sessions before you install the viewer. This happens a lot, especially with the win_crash_logger & llceflib_host

Look for the following processes in task manager & end them. There may be multiple of each: win_crash_logger.exe, slvoice.exe, slplugin.exe, llceflib_host.exe.

Then run the installer.

A reboot before installing will work too.
