I have tried and retried over and over to login, keeps saying I need to update my video card, I did

Hi Lucy,

We're residents, just like you. We don't write the software, we're not responsible for customer service and we don't get paid. So it would be hard to argue that we're here because we don't care.

You say that you updated your graphics card, but I wonder if you meant you updated the graphics driver instead. If so, make sure you updated from NVIDIA or AMD directly, if you have graphics hardware from either of those companies. The Microsoft provided drivers are not the latest.

You'll find Intel drivers here... https://downloadcenter.intel.com
People have been having trouble with Intel graphic hardware in Win10, you may find help here... http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_intel_fix_32bit

You'll find NVIDIA drivers here... http://www.geforce.com/drivers

Now, if you really meant that you updated your actual video hardware, you'll probably still need to update the drivers as described above.
