Item gone, no delivery, no payment - what happened?

Hi there,

following my transaction-records someone ordered a rare-item i sold on MP twice (i already do not know how this is possible as it was just 1 item) - Delivery failed - no payment. A day after that another person ordered the same item ones - Delivery failed - no payment.

 

No the item is gone - i got no idea where to - there is no payment on my account and by transaction-records i can´t tell who got it anyways.

 

Would be very happy for any hint or help.

I would recommend following the information provided in the post Best ways to contact the Commerce Team They can look at the failed deliveries and sales from the "inside" and tell you what did or did not happen. Here in the forum the best we can do is guess.
