Will there be $L limits on buying and selling of maximum amount and how often when new charges apply

Was wondering will there be limits on buying and selling of maximum amounts and how often you can buy/sell when new charges apply in April, 2016?  Doesn't seem fair if there will be considering how much price has increased from $1 to $15 maximum!

The blog post mentions no change in the trading limits policy.  I'm not sure why you think it is unfair though...the maximum trading limit for most residents is more than large enough to peg the cashout fee at its highest value.  Anything over $1,000 USD will reduce the fee, figured as a percentage of the transaction.
