Transaction 1 is a Group Liability - money paid towards listing a group (or land associated with a group) in Search. The group is named in bold.

Transaction 2 is something that you bought from Marketplace. You can check your Order History at http://marketplace.secondlife.com (after logging in) or by checking the Email address associated with your account.
