Need Information to what the Rules are for Skill Gaming Regions? can someone help Me.

I am a Hostess and I want to work at a Skill Gaming Site. My Sister sent me the landmark and I tryed to tp to the Place it would not let me said I had to read rules .. I looked for the rules could not find them. can someone help Me Please. Thank You  In Advance. hugs :)

In general:

• You must be at least 19 years old
• You must have a current payment method on file
• You must not reside or be connecting from one of the ten "prohibited states"

If you meet all these requirements, and still can't teleport to a Skill Gaming region, try refreshing your payment method.  Click "change payment method" and then just re-enter your current method.

If that doesn't work, you can file a Support Case to try and get the problem fixed.
