Why does my screen keep flickering black?

So this just started happening I updated my graphics card and my screen has been flickering black... 

 I have a great graphics card AMD Radeon r9 280x with vapor chambers and triple fan a 6 core processor(wtih copper piped heat sink) and 9 gb of ram with plenty of space on my double HD running on windows 7 also 750 watt psu 

 

So why the eff is this happening to me???

i hope there is a better solution than having the manufacturer sending you a new card or bios...

Yeah I didnt find the solution from that video it provides a link that just takes me to AMD homepage. My SL is still doing this maily everytime i click on my client it flickers,,,And I just tried playing fallout 4 and I had no problems so Im pretty sure its not my graphics card

If the past has any relevance, then go to Preferences / Graphics / Hardware and turn off the OpenGL VBO option. Restart and try again.
