Yeah I didnt find the solution from that video it provides a link that just takes me to AMD homepage. My SL is still doing this maily everytime i click on my client it flickers,,,And I just tried playing fallout 4 and I had no problems so Im pretty sure its not my graphics card

So this just started happening I updated my graphics card and my screen has been flickering black... I have a great graphics card AMD Radeon r9 280x with vapor chambers and triple fan a 6 core processor(wtih copper piped heat sink) and 9 gb of ram with plenty of space on my double HD running on windows 7 also 750 watt psu So why the eff is this happening to me??? here is a gyazo clip to show u what im dealing with https://i.gyazo.com/3334173f7d0161bd43caf2b382ad8902.gif
