Hello i would like to buy a premium account or just L$, the problem is i don't have any credit or debet card. Just a account at Paypal to make transfers. Is there a option to be able to make purchase just be PayPal without having a credit card ?

Yes, you do not need a credit card to make purchases. But a Paypal account on its own isn't enough. Your Paypal account has to be verified, which means it has to be backed up with a bank account or a credit card.
