when im using my mic and than these number pop up like /-319 # i dont know what to do with those.

That sounds like a chat channel.

Local chat occurs on Channel 0, but you can chat on a huge number of private channels.  Generally, these channels are used to chat to objects.  Using a channel other than local chat, your text is preceded by a slash, like /2 bling off.

But why it happens when you use Voice, I dunno.
