Here is what Linden Lab staff is saying to do...

Submit a Support Case giving those details and they will correct each account one at a time.

As a follow up on their instructions, they may ask you to zip up the SL logs for your install and send them in to be examined.

The logs can be found at:

C:\Users\Windows Account Name\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\logs

They allude that the cause of this issue has been corrected. [sic] but all the affected accounts need to be identified and repaired.
